Services
Everything from a dead battery to a loaded recovery
Eight core services, one number, no handoffs to a third party. Here is what each job actually involves.
01
Heavy Duty Towing
Heavy work is unforgiving. A loaded tractor trailer on a soft shoulder does not move because someone pulled hard on a chain. It moves because the truck is rated for the weight, the rigging is set at the right angle, and the operator knows what the load will do before it does it.
We tow tractors, trailers, dump trucks, box trucks, buses, RVs, and utility equipment. Air hookups, drivelines, suspension type, and axle weights all get checked before the wheels leave the ground, because that is where damage claims come from.
When a unit is disabled in traffic we work the scene as a scene. Lights and cones first, then a plan, then the lift. Fast is a result of doing it in the right order.
What is included
- Rotator and integrated wrecker capability
- Air, driveline, and axle checks before lift
- Load securement rated to the unit weight
- Coordination with drivers, fleets, and law enforcement
02
Light Duty Towing
Most calls we take are a normal vehicle having a bad day. A dead transmission in a parking lot. An accident on the way home. A car that will not start in a driveway on a cold morning.
We show up with the right truck for your vehicle rather than the truck that happens to be closest. All wheel drive, low ground clearance, aftermarket body kits, and locked steering all change the approach. Flatbed when the vehicle should not roll. Wheel-lift when access is tight.
Your car gets loaded on soft straps or wheel nets, not chains through the suspension. Then it gets to the shop, the dealer, the body shop, or your driveway, and you get told where it is.
What is included
- Flatbed and wheel-lift options
- Soft strap and wheel net securement
- Tight access, garage, and low clearance handling
- Delivery to the shop or address you choose
03
Recovery and Winch-Outs
Recovery is the part of this trade that separates operators. A vehicle off the pavement is a physics problem with real consequences, and the wrong pull can bend a frame, tear a body panel, or hurt somebody.
We read the terrain first. Where is the weight sitting, what is holding it, what will move when tension comes on. Then we set the rigging: snatch blocks to change direction, straps and bridles to spread the load, cribbing and recovery boards where the ground gives out.
Ditches, embankments, mud, snow, sand, construction sites, and rollovers. We also handle load shift and uprighting work where the goal is getting the unit back on its wheels without adding damage to it.
What is included
- Winching, snatch block, and multi-point rigging
- Uprighting and load shift assistance
- Cribbing, matting, and traction recovery gear
- Site assessment before any tension is applied
04
Lockouts
Keys on the seat, doors locked, and a schedule that is already blown. It happens to careful people constantly.
We use professional entry tools and wedges designed to protect paint, weather stripping, and window regulators. Modern vehicles are full of wiring and sensors in the door cavity, so entry is done slowly and deliberately.
If a vehicle cannot be opened safely without risking damage, we tell you that instead of forcing it, and we give you the towing option so nothing gets wrecked for the sake of a shortcut.
What is included
- Professional non marring entry tools
- Paint and weather seal protection
- Proof of ownership check before entry
- Honest call when towing is the safer choice
05
Jump Starts
A jump start takes a few minutes. Figuring out whether you are going to be stuck again in an hour takes a few more, and that is the part most roadside boosts skip.
We connect at the manufacturer designated points using proper equipment, because modern electronics do not tolerate careless jumps. Once the engine is running we check whether the charging system is actually holding.
If the battery is finished or the alternator is not charging, you get told plainly, and we can tow you to a shop instead of leaving you to find out in a parking lot later.
What is included
- Correct boost points for modern electronics
- Battery and charging system check
- Terminal and cable inspection
- Tow option when the vehicle will not stay running
06
Tire Changes
Changing a tire on a highway shoulder is one of the more dangerous things a driver can do. Traffic passes at speed, the ground is uneven, and jack points are easy to get wrong.
We arrive with lights on, set the work zone, then lift at the factory jack points with proper equipment. Lug nuts get torqued rather than run down with an impact gun and hoped for.
If the spare is missing, flat, or the wheel is damaged past a roadside fix, we tow instead. Driving on a compromised wheel is how a flat becomes a body shop bill.
What is included
- Spare installation with proper torque
- Correct lift points and stable staging
- Work zone lighting and traffic protection
- Tow when no usable spare is available
07
Equipment and Machinery Moves
Equipment moves are about center of gravity, tie down points, and knowing what a machine does on a ramp. Skid steers, mini excavators, forklifts, generators, compressors, and shop machinery all load differently.
We plan the pick and the set before anything gets driven or winched onto a deck. Loading angle, deck length, ground conditions at both ends, and clearance on the route all matter, especially on a site that is still active.
Contractors, fleet shops, and dealers use us for one off moves and for repeat work. Tell us the machine and the weight and we will tell you what it takes.
What is included
- Flatbed, wheel-lift, and winch loading
- Rated chains, binders, and tie down planning
- Job site and after hours scheduling
- Pick and set coordination at both ends
08
Fuel Delivery
Running dry is common, and it is usually not carelessness. A broken gauge, a long detour, or a diesel that got worked harder than planned will do it.
We bring gasoline or diesel in approved containers and put in enough to get you to a station rather than just enough to tease the pump. Diesel gets handled with the fuel system in mind, because a dry run can pull air into the lines.
If a diesel needs priming or has already stalled hard enough to need bleeding, we deal with that on the spot or tow it in. Either way, you are not walking down a shoulder with a gas can.
What is included
- Gasoline and diesel delivery
- Approved transport containers
- Diesel priming and air bleed assistance
- Tow backup when the engine will not restart
